“We are One, you and I.  Always and forever, we are One.  Remember this as you step forward in your daily life:  that you can never be alone, because I am always with you.  Because we are One, you and I, we are One.

Be strong.  Make the best choices, even though they are the most difficult.  Be strong.  I support you, and I am with you.  You do not have to do this alone, but you have to make the choice to do it!  I cannot make the choice for you.  Be strong!  Be courageous!  Do what needs to be done for yourself, and then for the well-being of others.  Take the step!  Take the risk!  You can do this, if you want to.

The choices you make determine where you end up.  I’m not in charge of your final destination.  I’m only in charge of accompanying you along the journey.  It is up to you where you end up, based on the choices and the decisions you make along the way.  Each time you choose the lower vibration, you change your course.  Each time you choose the higher vibration, you choose your course.  Every decision that you make, every choice that you make, changes – eventually, in some way, tiny or large – where you finally will end your journey in this lifetime.  I encourage you to consider that, each time a choice presents itself.  And ask yourself which road do you want to take now?  The higher vibration, or the less high vibration?  It’s your choice.  The journey will be different, depending on the choice that you make.  No choice is a wrong choice.  All choices teach you what you need to learn.  And, obviously, when you choose the less high vibration, it is because there is something from that path that you still need to learn.

This is not about berating yourself for making a “wrong” choice, for there are no wrong choices, as I’ve already said.  But it is about looking back, when you have made a choice that doesn’t turn out the way that you expected.  It is about looking back and seeing what the other choice was that you might have made, and why you chose this choice.  So that the next time a similar choice occurs, you may choose differently, based on that which you have perceived from the journey that you have just taken.

You say that you want your lives to be different.  And yet, time and time again, you make the same choices.  You put yourself in the same place that you already are by the choices that you continue to make, over and over again.  The only one that can get you unstuck is yourself, and that only occurs when you make a different choice.  So pay attention to what it is that you are doing, time and time and time again, knowing that it is not the best choice and yet feeling yourself to be incapable of making a different choice, and understand that you are not incapable.  You are simply choosing not to make a different choice.  You are the one in charge of your choices.  I am the one in charge of supporting you as you make your choices.   And so every choice that you make I have to support, even if it would not be My preferred choice for you.

Through you, I become more.  With Me, you become more.  We each need one another.  I am incomplete without you.  And without Me, you are no longer whole.”

“The shadow knows.”  You’ve heard that said so often.  “The shadow knows!”  Your shadow knows.  Your shadow knows what needs to be healed.  And it is doing whatever it can do, whatever is in its power to do, to bring what needs to be healed to the surface, so that you are aware that healing is needed.  And in the form that it is needed.  Open yourself to the knowing.  Don’t slam the door shut and run, screaming, away!  It will find you.  And the results, most likely, will be less pleasant than if you had just approached the shadow self from the front, head-on, with a willingness to confront that which needs to be confronted, to heal it.”

“I love you.  Deeply.  I want you to love yourself as much as I love you.  Love yourself like a mother loves a new infant.  That is the kind of love that you need.  The kind of love that you deserve.  Nurturing.  Supporting.  Sustenance.  Think of the new infant who, without the love of the mother, would wither and die.  That is what will happen if you do not love yourself sufficiently.  No one else can love you in that way.  And if you are seeking that love from outside of yourself, you do yourself a disservice, because you sit and wait, hoping that it will show up, from someone on the outside, when the only one that can love you enough is the person you are on the inside.  You are so worthy of loving yourself in that way.  And yet, no one really ever says that to you.  But I am saying it.

Perhaps it would be even better if I said to you, “Love yourself in the way that you want another to love you.”    Perhaps it would be easier for you to recognize what it is, then.  For each of you has in your mind’s eye a picture of what it would look like to be loved, ideally loved, by a significant other in your life.

So think about what you would want from that “significant other”.  How you would want to be cherished and nourished and loved and pampered.  And then become for yourself the “significant other” in your life.  For when you learn to treat yourself with love and with grace, you will attract others who will do the same.  And those who are already in your life will see the benefits that you derive from loving yourself thusly.  They will ask you your secret.  They will want what you have.  You will be a role model and a mentor for them.  So you’re not doing it just for yourself.  You are doing it for others, too.  But you must start with yourself.

You do not need another’s permission to love yourself better.   You only need the desire to be the best that you can be.  And then give yourself permission to love yourself.  You are not depriving anyone else when you love yourself in this way.  In fact, you are gifting them.  Gifting them with a greater quality of your love, your time, your beingness.

So see loving yourself as a gift to others, as well as a gift to yourself.  And do not wait to begin.  Do not say, “I’ll start it on Monday.  Let’s start the week fresh.”  Start tonight!  This very moment!  Start now!  Make a commitment to yourself.  I’m not asking you to do it perfectly.  I’m not saying you need to do it right every time.  I’m just saying make the effort.  And when you do, you will see the benefits.

For some of you, the benefits will be immediate.  And for others, slower to come.  But there are always benefits when you love yourself best.  The important thing to remember is to love yourself from a place of love.  Not from your woundedness.  Not from your neediness.  Not from your pain or your anger.  But from a place of love and grace and abundance.”

“You know, it’s not just the big things that you can ask for help with. In fact, oftentimes it’s  better if you start out with the little things, because then when you see that I deliver on the little things, you’ll be more willing to ask for help with the big ones.

The problem is that you often think that the little ones aren’t worth asking for assistance for, and yet, when you ask for assistance with the little things, and we – Myself and all of those who are in spirit here to help you – we help, we can often provide different results than you might have gotten without asking for help. Because, after all, unless you ask, we can’t intervene. I’ve given you freedom of choice and so, if you choose not to ask for assistance we can’t just boldly jump in. We’d be interrupting. We’d be interfering with your freedom of choice. And so you do have to ask. And when you ask, you put universal forces into play that allow things to shift and change in ways that wouldn’t be possible had you not asked. So ask. Always ask, even for the smallest things. Ask for help. Let us know that you are willing for us to intervene if there are ways in which we can. You don’t have to do it alone. You’re never alone, so why do it alone if you don’t have to? We’re always with you.

If you could look behind you and see how many are standing there: some of us are in your inner circle, but there are many, many, many legions and legions standing behind those in that first circle, just waiting to be of assistance. Each and every one of them has special gifts and attributes. Some are only needed every once in awhile, but they’re there waiting in case you need them. Others? Others you need more frequently, and so we’re closer to you, up at the front of the line. And some of us? Some of us are your constant companions because that is the job we have chosen to do. But there are many of us waiting to help. So ask.”

“I am only asking you to do what I am giving you guidance and direction and support and tools to do.  So listen to your heart as you go forward.  Err on the side of less, rather than more.  So if a message comes to you and you are not exactly sure what to do with it, if it seems too big, if it seems like it would cause a huge problem, you’re not sure whether it’s Divine or ego, then talk to Me and ask for additional information.  Ask, “What do I do with this?  Why are you giving this to me?”

Understand that you are in control of what you receive and what you do not.  So if there’s information that you truly do not want to know, if it begins to come through and it frightens you, or it seems more than you are willing to handle, I have no problem with you saying to Me, “This is further than I wish to go.  This is not what I wish to receive.”  I won’t punish you, I won’t think badly of you.  I will hear that you are making a choice and I will honor that choice and support it.

If things are happening too quickly, if you need Me to slow down, tell Me that.  But tell me, don’t just drag your feet……Tell me.  Have an open, honest conversation with Me from your heart-space and let Me know what is happening.  Let Me know your fears and your worries.  Because only when you talk to Me, only when you choose to share with Me can I be of help.  I cannot intrude, nor can any of my guides and messengers who are working with you.

You have freedom of choice and I honor that regardless of the choices that you make.  So every choice that you make – hear me, every choice that you make – is supported by Me.  So if you want My help, if you want my assistance, if there is something that needs to alter for you to be able to do My work in a better way, that fits better for who you are and where you are in this stage of your journey, talk to me.  Tell me.  Be open and honest.  For unlike your parents, or other figures in authority, I will hear you.  I will not criticize you.  I will not tell you that you should not feel what you feel or want what you want.  I will be where you are.  I will always encourage you to be more.  That is my job and it is my desire for each and every one of you, to reach the pinnacle of all you are capable of.  But I understand that you are Spirit and Human combined, and that sometimes the Human in you is not quite ready to go in the direction that Spirit is trying to lead, and that’s OK.  We have to honor both because you are both.  You are all my children and I love you dearly.  I want the absolute best for you, as all of you who are parents want for your own children, as your own parents wanted for you.

So open yourself up to me.  Give me an entry in a deeper more complete way.  Trust me and I will lead you.”

“… when you make a choice to step out of your comfort zone, to become more, it will shake things up. Absolutely shake things up. And the people in your life who have supported you thus far, when you begin to take a step in a direction that they’re not comfortable with, may do everything in their power to pull you back into the old way of being. Because they know how to be comfortable with you in that old way. So they’re going to do what they need to do to be comfortable. And that is to pull you back.

 Your job is to keep moving forward from a place of love. And when you are always coming from a place of love when you make your choices? Even if they do not support your choices, you are giving them an opportunity to grow and expand in how they choose to respond to the choice you are making. And for them, it is always a choice, just as it is for you. Because you will also have to choose to respond to their response from a place of love, and that isn’t always easy.

It is time for you to grow. To be more. To stand up for yourself in a way that you haven’t had the strength or the courage to stand up before. But, again, always coming from a place of loving yourself. Not of feeling less than, or feeling a lack of, or feeling unworthy of.  And certainly not from a place of entitlement. “I deserve this because of that happening.” If that’s your reasoning, if that’s your logic, you’re not coming from a place of love. If you can say, “I deserve to be all that I came here to be because I am a child of the Divine.” Well, that is truly, truly a deserving statement.

Each and every one of you has unique gifts. Each and every one of you has a unique calling. A unique purpose. But if you hide your light under a bushel, how will the people who need you find you? What are you afraid of? Who are you afraid of? Are you afraid of what people will say if you don’t look like they expect you to look, or act like they expect you to act? Are you afraid you’ll be criticized or ostracized or made fun of? Are you afraid they’ll laugh at you or laugh behind your back?

That always happens when other people are afraid of your power. Recognize that what they are doing and saying to you has nothing to do with you. It’s all about them: their own pain, their own woundedness, their own needs. You need to look past what they are saying and see what they are saying as evidence of their own need to heal. And you need to come from a place of love, regardless of where they are coming from.”

“What do you fear?  What are you afraid of?  Are you afraid of trying and failing?  Are you afraid of being laughed at?  Being made fun of?  Are you afraid that others will tell you you are crazy or stupid or ignorant?  Have you been told that you can’t possibly hear the Divine, one-to-one?  Have you been told you’re not holy enough, not sacred enough, not special enough?  And so, are you afraid, if you choose to believe that you can have that one-on-one Divine personal connection, are you afraid that maybe you’re just going crazy?  That you’re talking to yourself?  That there really isn’t a Divine connection?  But simply you wanting it so badly, that you make it happen?  You make it up?  You fabricate it?  Or are you afraid that if you follow the guidance, you will be asked to give up all that you love?  All that makes you happy?  Your physical, creature comforts?  All that brings pleasure to you?  Are you afraid you will be asked to do something that you don’t know how to do?  That you don’t have the physical stamina to do?  What are you really afraid of?  Voice your fears.  Write them down.  Express them.  Acknowledge them.  Face them!

How long will you be comfortable letting fear drive your decisions and your choices?  How long will you settle to be less, rather than to take a risk, and be more?  So much more!  You can be so much more, each and every one of you.  There is no limit.  True, the journey will look different for each of you.  And for some of you, you may be in the public eye, and so it will seem, to those of you who are not, that those who are in the public eye are somehow bigger and better than you.  And yet, we need everyone!  We need those that are ready and willing to step out into the public eye.  We need them to speak up.  To tell the truth – their truth.  To show and lead others.

But we need all of you who will be more quiet, to lead in your own quiet ways.  To lead those who come to you.  Those who are already in your life.  Because they will see a change in you as you begin to listen to the guidance and to follow it.  They will see change happen in your life in ways that it is not happening in theirs.  They will see the path before you become more clear, and they will see miracles happen in your life.  They will see pieces to the puzzle coming together in ways that they couldn’t even have believed were possible.  In ways that you wouldn’t even have believed were possible.  And they will come to you, and they will ask you, “How?  Why?  What did you do?  How did you make that happen?”  And you will have a chance to tell them.  To explain.  To share what you know.  To share what you have.  To share who you are.  You will have an opportunity to tell them about Me, and our relationship.  And how we have co-created the changes they have seen.  The miracles they’ve experienced through you.

Maybe that’s what you’re afraid of.  Maybe you’re afraid you’ll have to stand up and say you know Me, on a personal level.  Maybe you’re afraid you’ll have to admit you talk to Me.  You hear Me.  Maybe you’re afraid they will laugh.  That they will think you’re crazy.  And maybe you think that once they voice their doubts, it will cause you to have doubts.  And so maybe you’d rather just keep what you know to yourself.

But I need you.  I need you to recognize the guidance.  I need you to follow the guidance.  And I need you to share what’s working for you.  I need you to share our working together.  Because the only way this world is going to change is if everyone starts doing what you are doing – listening to the guidance.  Following that Divine voice instead of that snarky little voice inside of you that keeps telling you you’re too small.  You’re not worthy.  You’re not good enough.  You’re too fat.  You’re too short.  You’re too tall.  You’re not strong enough or good enough.  When you start listening to that Divine loving voice, you quell the snarkiness.  You quiet the doubts.  You increase your strength and your courage and your ability to manifest.  I understand about your fear.  I understand that you may doubt.  It’s part of your journey.  Your humanness.  It’s part of what you are learning – to put aside the human fears and to trust in the Divine.  It’s why you’re here.

Perhaps you fear that you will have to struggle and suffer because you choose to follow the Divine.  I don’t want to take away from you that which you love.  I don’t want you to have a miserable life, a struggling life.  A difficult existence.  I want there to be joy!  And pleasure, and abundance, and prosperity in your life.

And all of that comes as you open yourself up and trust.  It doesn’t mean there won’t be challenges or hard times or risks involved, because there will.  But it certainly means you’ll weather all those difficult times more easily.  You’ll get through them easier.  You’ll have all that you need.  And you’ll know, as the hard times come, that you will have what you need to see it through.

When you surrender your will to Mine, things begin to shift and change.  Pieces begin to move into place.  Blocks begin to be released and removed.  Your way of being is shaken up.  And you step out of your comfort zone, and you step into your power zone.  And you make bigger and better things happen.  And you become bigger and better yourself.  You don’t just grow, you expand.  You expand.  In so many ways and on so many levels, you become so much more.”

“If you are ready and willing, I can take it all from you.  But you need to be willing and ready to accept whatever changes will come as a result of releasing it.  Of letting it go.  You have to make changes in your behavior.  Find new ways of being.  You have to let go of old ways that are no longer serving you.  Let go of old expectations, old messages that you received.  Old thoughts of not being good enough.  Not being smart enough.  Not being whatever it is that you have that message in your head about.  Let all of that old stuff go, and recognize that you have every single thing you need within you.  And that it becomes empowered and enlivened when you let go of all those old things.

But, unless you let go of the old ways – the old beliefs, the old messages – there is no room for the new.  There is no room for that new belief, that is really the original knowing, that you are plenty good enough.  That you are completely, perfectly good enough.  So you have to get rid of the old so that you can embrace being who you really are.”
