“Will You Meet Me on the Astral Plane?”

As I was working through my own healing process, I recognized that I needed to have a conversation with my ex and speak my truth. I needed to be responsible and accountable for my actions and behaviors during our time together so that I could heal more completely and release the hold the past still had on me. I needed to offer forgiveness and seek forgiveness to be my authentic self in a more powerful way.

Unfortunately, I knew my ex was not in a place in his own life to be a part of that kind of conversation in real time. He was still caught up in anger and blaming, and I was pretty sure that whatever I had to say, he would find a way to take the conversation in a direction that would not be positive or healing for either of us. I decided to do a meditation and invite him to meet me on the astral plane (a higher level of consciousness) to see if meeting him energetically/spiritually could do what meeting with him in person could not.

I was amazed at how profound that conversation on a different level of consciousness turned out to be! Not only did I experience a sense of healing and completeness that I had been craving for years, but my relation with my ex in real life became so much easier and positive. My son’s relationship with his father also changed in a positive way as well. I was nothing short of astounded! And so, so grateful!

Once you’ve purchased the recording, and before you experience it, spend a few moments in the silence and focus on your heart center. When you feel centered and focused, call in the person or persons you would like to have meet you on the astral plane during the session and extend your invitation. Let them know the date and time that you’d like to meet, and share whatever else you’d like to share with them during this meditative encounter. When you feel your invitation is complete, offer up a prayer of gratitude and end the session. You can, between your initial invitation and the time you intend to use the recording, sit in the silence several more times, focus on your heart, and offer your gratitude to them for their willingness to join you.

You’re not in control of whether or not they show up. You’re only in control of whether or not you take this opportunity to extend the invitation and allow for the possibility of healing and transformation.

During the session, keep a notebook or journal handy to note anything of importance that you receive.

Before you begin the session, you might want to prepare your space so it feels safe and comfortable. Turn off your cell phone and make sure you will not be interrupted during the session so you can have the deepest, most personal experience possible. Have a blanket and some water and perhaps a few tissues nearby.
