“Healing the Back of the Sacral Chakra”

Did you know that your chakras have a back side as well as a front? Did you know that working on the front of your chakras (which is what we do most of the time) focuses on different issues than when you work on the back? In the second part of this unique 8-week series, we’ll focus on the sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra includes issues with power and control, our relationship with money, inner child emotions, and our ability to form and be in relationships with others. Focusing on the back of the chakra allows us to address these  issues from the perspective of the past – the past in this lifetime as well as past lives. Focus on the front is more likely to concern current issues and the future. As we address the back of the chakra, we can access the unconscious self. The front allows us to focus on the conscious self. Focusing on the front of this chakra for healing means we must interface with the tangible world and learn ways to do things differently, but when we focus on the back we are allowing the intangible world  to change reality for us! These are just some of the powerful benefits we receive when we put our attention on the rear of our energy centers in an intentional way.

During this session, a guided meditation will focus our attention on this chakra for intentional healing. A powerful energy circle will follow, where the healing power of Reiki, the vibrations of drums and rattles, and the wisdom and guidance of Spirit will take the effects of the meditation to a deeper level.
