Divine Guidance or Ego: How Do You Know?

I often talk about receiving Divine  Guidance for my  journey. For me, it’s a voice in my head that sounds an awful lot like my own. Sometimes it provides answers to questions I ask. At other times, an interesting and unique idea pops into my mind out of nowhere – I wasn’t asking for anything. It just shows up. Sometimes what shows up isn’t something I really want to do or would ever think of doing! So how do I know if it’s Guidance or my ego? Good question!

Join me for this Zoom session and learn ways to tell the difference. I’ll share how I became aware of my own connection to Spirit and provide tips to help you discern if that voice in your head is really from a Higher Power or if it’s your ego working to keep you small and playing safe. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions. Hopefully I can provide answers! 😉 We’ll also discuss how to open and maintain the connection between you and the Divine so you receive guidance more often and trust what you do receive. Make sure you have a notebook ready!

I’ll follow the discussion with a healing circle where you’ll have the opportunity to set an intention to clear your connection with the Divine so that it’s easier to recognize the Guidance and hear it as you go forward. With Spirit at work through the healing power of Reiki, I’ll use the vibrations of drums and rattles to enhance your experience. Native American spirits will speak to your soul, and your guides and angels may offer guidance and wisdom to increase your connection and deepen your understanding. Take this opportunity to open yourself more completely to Spirit’s presence in your life.

Keep a notebook or journal nearby to record your insights. Come prepared to let Spirit work in the way Spirit knows best.

Before you begin the session, you might want to prepare your space so it feels safe and comfortable. Turn off your cell phone and make sure you will not be interrupted during the session so you can have the deepest, most personal experience possible. Have a blanket and some water and perhaps a few tissues nearby.
